Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle an interesting mix of employment work. This will include advising on equality and discrimination matters, redundancy and restructuring issues, employment terminations and TUPE matters. In addition, the work will involve employment tribunals, employment contracts and advice on settlement agreements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an employment lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 6 years' pqe. With good communication skills, you will have the ability to provide pragmatic and accurate advice to clients.
