Your new role

This employment solicitor role will involve you in a broad range of respondent employment matters. This will include both contentious and non-contentious matters. The client list includes a number of larger corporates but is largely SME in focus. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the department and to engage closely with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an employment lawyer at NQ to 3 PQE. With a commercial approach, you will be able to build long standing relationships with clients.
