Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent based caseload that will comprise a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with the firm's client base that includes SMEs as well as larger corporates. There will be plenty of scope to get involved in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment solicitor at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' pqe. You will have a commercial approach and possess good communication skills.
