Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you join a good sized team that handles the full range of employment work for respondent clients. The client list is mainly SME in focus and spans a range of sectors. Your role will be to head the department, to help shape the future growth of the team, play a significant fee earning role, mentor and support the more junior fee earners and help drive the business development strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer operating at Partner level. Alternatively, you will be a Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to make the next step in your career. You should have the ability to communicate effectively across the business and to build and develop strong client relationships. Ideally, you will have some form of client following, but this is not essential.
