This popular City firm with a highly regarded employment team is looking for an experienced lawyer to cover a 12 month maternity leave. You will be working on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters both nationally and internationally. The role will require significant experience in working on corporate transactions, particularly those with a private equity focus. Enjoy working with a blue-chip client base advising on HR support matters, employee disputes, Business Immigration, TUPE, restrictive covenants, reputational risk management and data privacy.
