Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you join a good sized team to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters. Work will include tribunals, restructures and TUPE matters. The firm has a well established client list and you can expect to enjoy forging long-standing client relationships. The role will see you play an active role in business development initiatives and also in helping to train and mentor more junior fee earners.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. With a well rounded skill set, you should have good communication skills.
