Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent caseload comprising both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will play a key role in business development initiatives and will also help to supervise and mentor more junior fee earners. The client base is well established and includes clients across multiple sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. With good communication skills, you will have a client centric approach.
