Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a varied caseload that will include employment tribunal matters, equality and discrimination cases as well as redundancy and restructuring cases. In addition, you will advise on TUPE matters and will play a role in helping to supervise and mentor more junior fee earners in the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 4+ years' pqe who has broad ranging employment experience. You should be able to provide commercial and practical advice to clients and be a strong communicator.
