Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent caseload that will include a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters but with more of an emphasis on contentious work. The client list is impressive and you can expect to partner closely with key clients. The role offers real scope to develop your personal brand and to get actively involved in practice development initiatives including webinars and seminars.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. With a good team ethos, you will have a down to earth and commercially focused approach.
