Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a broad spread of employment work. The majority of the work is respondent in focus, although there will be exposure to claimant based work. The role will see you advise on discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary matters as well as employment contracts and policies.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 1-4 years' pqe. With a proactive and client focused approach, you should have good technical skills.
