This firm is committed to supporting local communities managing to balance an international presence with a local feel. As part of their long-term plan for the growth of their Employment practice, they are currently seeking a talented Employment Associate/ Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Bristol team.

Your new role

You will be joining a highly directory-ranked Employment team who have long held relationships across a variety of sectors, including retail, health, logistics and insurance. They are keen to bring in an ambitious Associate / Senior Associate, to help support the growth and development of their current offering and compliments their core sector approach.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an established Employment lawyer with a proven background built with a leading Employment practice and be used to handling a varied workload of employment matters advising employers in a variety of sectors. Experience of supervising juniors would be a distinct advantage, as would a track record of supporting the team in building and maintaining key client relationships.
