What you'll need to succeed

• Deep expertise in ER practice and employment law, with the ability to apply policy and case law principles pragmatically to manage risk.
• Strong track record in ER, whether from a specialist ER role or a generalist HR advisory background.
• Confident handling of case strategy and negotiating with external parties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen, challenge, influence, and guide stakeholders toward effective outcomes.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a clear, accurate, and sensitive approach to documenting cases.
• Professional HR or employment law accreditation (desirable).
