Our client is a well-known global organisation looking to hire 4 contractors into their ER team.

Your new role

Working within a large People Team, your responsibility will include all aspects of ER, including case management, providing guidance and support and reviewing current policies and procedures in consultation with internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

This is a hand-on role working in a wider team which is supporting and collaborative. Your expertise in handling various cases and having a calm approach whilst providing effective advice will be essential in this busy role.

What you'll get in return

This role is for 6 months with a possibility to extend, and you'll have the opportunity to build on the breadth of experience you have gained to date. This role is 3 days WFH.
