We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and enhance the employee relations function supporting line managers across the UK. This pivotal role will focus on coaching and supporting managers, improving ER processes, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to line managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Lead the continuous improvement of ER policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and senior leadership, offering strategic insight on complex ER cases.
- Analyse ER trends and data to identify opportunities for proactive interventions and process enhancements.
- Design and deliver training sessions to upskill managers in handling ER issues confidently and effectively.
- Coaching and upskilling ER Advisors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between ER practices and broader business goals.
- Support change management initiatives, including restructures and TUPE processes, ensuring employee engagement and legal compliance.
About You
- Proven experience in an employee relations role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex organisation.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and people development.
