Your new role
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to assist with all aspects of HR with a focus on Employee Relations. Due to a long-term absence, this role is on a temporary basis. Reporting to the People Manager, responsibilities will include all aspects of the HR cycle, organising ER meetings, liaising with managers, taking meeting notes and being the first point of contact in regard to ER.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a strong foundation within HR and have managed some ER cases independently as well as ideally have some exposure to more senior cases.
