With a strong presence across Europe and a commitment to innovation, the company helps organisations operate more efficiently and grow sustainably.
Diversity, equity and inclusion are central to the culture of the organisation. They celebrate differences and believe that a global and diverse employee base is their greatest asset. If you’re looking to join a company that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and bold thinking, this is the place for you.

Your new role

As EMEA Tax Manager, you’ll take ownership of tax compliance across a portfolio of European entities, ensuring timely and accurate filing of direct and indirect tax returns. This is a hands-on role with a broad scope, offering exposure to a wide range of tax topics across the UK and continental Europe.
You’ll coordinate with local advisors, manage VAT filings, support R&D claims, oversee transfer pricing calculations, and assist with global tax provision under US GAAP. You’ll also play a key role in implementing tax technology solutions and navigating evolving international tax frameworks such as BEPS 2.0 and ViDA.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving process improvements and efficiencies.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • A recognised tax or accounting qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax compliance across multiple European jurisdictions
  • Experience in a tax department (commerce preferred, practice considered)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • Experience in change management and working within a matrix organisation
  • Preferred: experience in the global software industry

What you'll get in return

You’ll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team where your contributions are valued, and your growth is supported. You’ll benefit from:
  • A dynamic and international working environment
  • Opportunities to work on complex, high-impact tax projects
  • Exposure to a broad range of tax jurisdictions and strategic initiatives
  • A culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equity and inclusion
  • The chance to grow your career in a rapidly expanding global business
