Email Marketing Officer (Part-time / Temporary) - Newport

This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant, creative and highly productive team as an Email Marketing Officer on a temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for generating and distributing high-quality email content to a range of audiences. You will support targets of increased customer engagement and conversion rates through the design, execution and optimisation of email campaigns. You will write content, coordinate and distribute monthly newsletters via a range of email marketing platforms. Coordinating content and liaise with teams across the department to repurpose existing content. Ensuring emails are sent with the correct branding, tone of voice of the organisation, in a timely manner. Track and report on performance metrics, managing approvals and upgrading templates where required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a similar role, with experience of using marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, DotDigital etc. Experience of B2B comms in a commercial setting. An understanding of analytics and research and experience of using information to optimise decision-making. You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Excellent copywriting skills.
