A respected contractor in Paisley is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their property maintenance team. This role offers long‑term stability, varied domestic work, and the chance to make a direct impact on the safety and comfort of local residents.
Your new role
As a key member of the electrical maintenance team, you will carry out:
- Domestic repairs — fault‑finding, rewiring, and day‑to‑day maintenance
- EICR testing — ensuring all properties meet current safety standards
- Compliance documentation — completing certificates and reports accurately
You’ll work independently, manage your own workload, and provide a professional, customer‑focused service to tenants and residents.
What you'll need to succeed
- 18th Edition qualification (essential)
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience in domestic maintenance and testing
- Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence
