We’re now looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our busy Property Services team, carrying out essential repairs, testing, and maintenance across our Nottinghamshire housing stock.

Your new role

• Carrying out electrical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance
• Completing EICRs and ensuring all work meets current regulations
• Installing and replacing electrical fixtures, fittings, and appliances
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service to PA Housing residents
• Working independently across Nottinghamshire with a company van provided

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualification
• AM2
• 2391 inspection & testing
• Experience working in domestic or social housing settings
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive, customer‑focused approach
