Join a leading healthcare environment in Oxford where your engineering expertise will directly support the smooth running of critical facilities. We’re looking for a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large, modern site with clinical, office and plant areas.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Delivering high-quality maintenance on building services systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical).
  • Responding to faults and breakdowns efficiently to minimise disruption.
  • Supporting compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
  • Working closely with estates and facilities teams to ensure operational continuity.

What we’re looking for:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in a commercial or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
