Electrical Team Leader

Are you an experienced Electrical Manager with a passion for delivering safe, high-quality services in social housing? Our client, a respected Housing Association in North Sussex, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to lead their electrical operations on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical maintenance and compliance across a portfolio of social housing properties
  • Manage contractors and in-house teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure all works meet regulatory standards, including NICEIC, BS7671, and H&S legislation
  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance and safety compliance
  • Liaise with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical management within social housing
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors effectively
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NICEIC accreditation)
