Your new role
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety regulations
- Support operational uptime and site reliability
- Work collaboratively with other engineers, supervisors, and operational staff
- Maintain accurate records of works, inspections, and permits
- You will work a repeating rotational schedule consisting of days, nights, and rest periods:3 days on → 2 days off → 2 nights on → 3 days off → 2 days on → 2 days off → 3 nights on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off → 2 nights on → 2 days off → 2 days onThis rotation provides a predictable monthly structure and regular rest periods.
What you'll need to succeed
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in building services, facilities maintenance, or a similar environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
- Salary: £48,000 per year
- Full support toward securing LVAP qualification
