Temporary Electrical Inspector / Clerk of Works - South Birmingham

Your new role
As a Temporary Electrical Inspector / Clerk of Works, you’ll oversee electrical refurbishment and rewiring works across both void and tenanted properties.
You’ll be responsible for:

- Conducting pre- and post-inspections of electrical works to ensure full statutory compliance.
- Supervising contractors delivering rewiring and electrical refurbishment projects.
- Ensuring all works are supported by accurate and up-to-date electrical certification, including EICRs.
- Monitoring the quality and safety of installations across a portfolio of social housing properties.
- Providing assurance that all works meet current regulations and compliance standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven technical electrical experience and qualification.
