• Preparing accurate and competitive electrical tenders for data centre and mission‑critical projects
• Producing detailed estimates across power distribution, containment, cabling, lighting and associated systems
• Completing electrical take‑offs and reviewing drawings, specifications and schedules
• Identifying commercial risks, opportunities and value‑engineering options
• Supporting pre‑ and post‑tender meetings with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
• Managing tender queries, clarifications and follow‑ups
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet programme and submission deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in an electrical estimating or commercial role within building services or critical infrastructure
• Background in data centres, mission‑critical, industrial or technically complex projects highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently and as part of a wider commercial team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
