An FM Service Provider are hiring an Electrical Engineer & Electrical Lead for a large site in West London.

Your new company

Our client are a leading, global FM Service Provider with contracts across various sectors around the UK. They are hiring an Electrical Engineer & Electrical Lead to join their team at a large commercial site in West London. Working hours are continental shift (Electrical Engineer) and Monday - Friday 8-5 (Electrical Lead).

Your new role

As Electrical Engineer or Electrical Lead, you will deliver hands-on maintenance support to plant rooms and associated equipment. Key duties will include:
  • Identify and manage the risks to end client through equipment on site, including identifying critical spares, improving performance of plant & equipment, improving planned maintenance program.
  • Fault-finding on electrical plant and equipment.
  • Reactive and PPM maintenance tasks.
  • General maintenance where required.
  • Supervising Engineers (lead role)
  • Technical support to the team (lead role)
  • Operating as AP (lead role & training provided)

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience and background in delivering electrical maintenance to plant rooms and associated equipment in large commercial properties. You will also require:
  • Level 3 Electrical or equivalent
  • 18th edition
  • Supervisory experience (lead role)
  • AP experience desirable (lead role)
  • H&S quals desirable (lead role)
