Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant senior consultancy experience at Principal/Associate level or above
• Ability to lead electrical projects from concept to completion
• Experience directing multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to win trust quickly
• Commercial understanding and ability to oversee budgets, fees and profitability
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring capability
