Electrical Building Services Engineer - Large Merseide Service Provider
Your new company
Your new company is one of the Northwest's largest Service Providers with over 6000 staff based across the region.
Their HQ is based in Liverpool city centre with over 50 other sites and offices across the Merseyside region. They are well established in the community and provide the public with reliable, continuous and trusted support.
The buildings you will be involved with range from a state-of-the-art large HQ which consists of 5 stories, multiple offices and open-plan communal working environments, an on-site gym, training facilities, café and coffee shop to smaller, multi purpose sites which serve both the community and its staff alike.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working as an Electrical Building Services design engineer across the entire estate and be based from the Liverpool head office. You will be conducting the design of multiple schemes which range in value from £30,000 - £12m and can be anything from new build to refurbishments.
You will be taking the lead as the only electrical engineer. However, you will be supported by an established and successful team who will work by your side and help deliver projects on time.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years' UK Building Services experience, have full British working rights, and be a UK passport holder or ILR.
There is a 12-week vetting process for this role, so all applicants should keep this in mind.
The organisation is happy to supply any of the following design software: AutoCAD, AMtech, DIALux or RELux.
