Your new role

This education regulatory lawyer role will see you run your own caseload of SEN education casework and handle Advocacy within the Tribunal. You will also deal with education law judicial review cases and will provide education law advice. As part of the role, you will also deliver training to clients and mentor more junior lawyers.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have gained education regulatory experience. However, applications are invited from those with a related skill set who have a demonstrable interest in this area of work. The firm is also keen to hear from those who have judicial review experience.
