Your new role

As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary school settings across the local area, gaining valuable classroom experience while developing your confidence and teaching practice.

Roles may include:
  • Day-to-day supply teaching
  • Short-term assignments
  • Long-term placements
  • Potential permanent opportunities

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons, following school plans where required, and creating a positive learning environment that supports pupil achievement and development. We are looking for teachers who are passionate about education, adaptable, and eager to make a positive impact in the classroom.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, hold qualified teacher status (QTS) gained in the UK. You should be enthusiastic, approachable and be able to hit the ground running. Good knowledge of EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
