Hays are supporting a leading healthcare technology business based on the outskirts of Norwich who are searching for an eCRM Marketing Specialist to join their team growing Digital Marketing and eCommerce team.


Your new role

As the eCRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing communications strategy to engage and retain their members, using email, SMS and social messaging. You will leverage data-driven insights to create compelling email campaigns that enhance member relationships, drive conversions, reduce churn and drive LTV. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive eCRM strategy aligned with business objectives and focused on developing the membership lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain a detailed communications marketing calendar, broken down into promotional, campaign and retention initiatives.
  • Design and execute segmented email campaigns that embrace best practise.
  • Deliver the creation of engaging and persuasive content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify trends and optimisations.
  • Conduct a continuous programme of A/B testing to optimise channel, content, design, and delivery times for maximum impact.
  • Generate insights to maintain dashboards to support the ongoing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and strategies
  • Develop and refine segmentation strategies to ensure personalised email communication.
  • Utilise data to tailor email content and offers to specific audience segments.
  • Work closely with teams internally and external agencies for creative support.
  • Ensure all email communications comply with relevant regulations
  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends in email marketing and eCRM

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a marketing role focusing on email marketing or eCRM.

  • Proven experience of developing and executing successful email campaigns.

  • Proficiency using email marketing and CRM platforms, e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and engagement.


What you'll get in return

  • Salary £36,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE)

  • 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, increases to 25 days with length of service.
