Your new role
We’re looking for a detail‑driven and proactive E‑Billing Coordinator to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work. You’ll play a key part in ensuring client invoices are submitted correctly and on time, while helping to refine and improve their internal processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the accurate submission of bills in line with client guidelines, agreed timescales, and internal policies.
  • Verifying approved bills against e‑billing platform approval forms and resolving discrepancies before submission.
  • Keeping bill statuses updated throughout the full billing lifecycle and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Attending weekly 1‑2‑1 meetings with your Team Manager to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Participating in monthly discussions with client relationship partners to resolve issues affecting successful billing.
  • Handling internal and external billing queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Providing feedback on process improvements or training needs to support efficient end‑to‑end billing.
  • Sharing regular volume and performance updates with your Team Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting project‑based tasks where precision and attention to detail are essential.

What you'll need to succeed
What We’re Looking ForExperience within an e‑billing function—ideally in a legal or professional services environment ideally with Legal-X experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive without close supervision.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
