Early Years Project Support Worker
We are currently working on behalf of a charity-based organisation who are looking for someone to come and join them as part of a literacy-based project in Birmingham.
The organisation is looking for someone who can start immediately and who has the following skills and experience:
The organisation is looking for someone who can start immediately and who has the following skills and experience:
- An Early Years experienced person with at least level 3 qualification
- Someone who is available for full-time contract employment
- Someone who understands learning and development for children aged 0 – 5 and has an interest in speech, language and literacy
- Someone who has their own transport as it will require them to travel around Birmingham
The role will involve:
- Visiting families in their own homes around Birmingham
- Hosting events around the project with other staff which involve play and literacy activities
The organisation can provide the following
- Mileage expenses on top of salary
- Training and support around lone working and safeguarding
- Full-time work till the end of March 2025
