Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School in Formby
Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Full-time / Temporary


We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Formby. This is an exciting opportunity to support young learners and make a real difference in their early education journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging activities for Early Years pupils.
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed.


Requirements:
  • Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above).
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
