Your new role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning through play-based activities and structured sessions.
• Assist with personal care routines and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child thrives.
• Maintain accurate observations and contribute to planning for individual needs.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Proven experience in a Nursery or EYFS setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (highly desirable).
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
