• Leading the EYFS team with vision, energy, and a commitment to excellence.
• Teaching your own class and modelling outstanding early years practice.
• Supporting and developing colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and collaborative planning.
• Driving high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across Nursery and Reception.
• Working closely with SLT to monitor progress and implement strategies for improvement.
• Creating irresistible, inclusive learning environments that spark curiosity and joy.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has a strong track record of excellent EYFS teaching and, ideally, some leadership or mentoring experience.
• Is passionate about early childhood development and understands the importance of play-based, child-centred learning.
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• Is reflective, creative, and committed to making a real difference in children’s lives.
