Early Intervention Officer / Rent Arrears – Part Time – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Contract: 3‑month assignment (to support a job‑share)
Hours: 2 days per week, 7 hours per day (09:00–17:00, 1‑hour lunch)

What you'll need to succeed
Negotiation skills and a proven track record, for example, in credit control or delivering high quality customer service, would be considered.
This role is about early contact with customers who are in rent arrears so that we can work with them to get back on track.
Attention to detail is a must, as it is highly organised.
