EA to CEO permanent post - £35,000 - £38,000

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Four days in the office, one day at home.

Your new role

Will be to manage the CEO's diary, supporting them in areas such as managing meetings and correspondence, leading on administration and attendance of board meetings, preparing materials, reports and presentations and maintaining confidential records, whilst tracking actions and deadlines. You will provide support where required, to other members of the senior leadership team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience as a PA or EA, supporting at C-Suite or Director level, within a fast-paced organisation. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and have experience supporting governance processes and board-level administration. Confidentiality is key in this role, so you will demonstrate a discreet and professional approach to your work.
