We are seeking an experienced E-Billing Supervisor to lead a team of 10. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional client service—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of the e-billing team ensuring full ledger coverage
- Coaching, training, and developing team members
- Ensuring compliance with client SLAs and guidelines
- Monitoring and improving process flows, maintaining playbooks
- Onboarding new e-billing clients and liaising with stakeholders
- Producing monthly reporting and meeting with Client Relationship Partners
- Collaborating with the Revenue Manager and other supervisors
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in team supervision and mentoring
- Strong knowledge of e-billing platforms and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure
- Proactive problem-solving approach
