Your new role

  • Collaborated with leadership to develop and maintain standardised training documentation, ensuring consistent client processes across the team.
  • Delivered onboarding and ongoing training for new administrators, providing mentorship and support with complex queries during their initial months.
  • Actively contributed to team and project meetings, promoting best practices and process improvements.
  • Partnered with cross-functional finance teams to align on client service standards and streamline operations.
  • Ensured timely execution of tasks including uploads, rejections, resolutions, and reconciliations, in full compliance with SLA requirements and escalation protocols.
  • Produced and distributed monthly client snapshots to maintain transparency and performance tracking.
  • Served as a key point of contact for junior team members, offering guidance on complex issues and supporting their development.
  • Led monthly reviews with the Collections team to resolve aged AR issues and supported junior staff in their collection activities.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills by proactively identifying risks, prioritising workloads, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to challenge and influence internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving process efficiencies.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive eBilling and reconciliation experience, with strong knowledge of diverse file formats and systems.
  • Skilled in process adherence while consistently identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • High level of data accuracy, with a proven track record of precise input and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, consistently meeting SLAs and working towards ambitious KPIs.
  • Familiarity with multi-currency and shared service environments (preferred).
  • Maintains a consistently positive and solution-focused attitude, even under pressure.
