Technical OR Functional Consultants - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Summary
We are looking for an experienced Spanish-Speaking Technical AND Functional Consultants to lead the design, implementation, optimisation and Support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful delivery of finance-related functionalities.
You will act as a subject-matter expert, guiding clients through best practices and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
  • Work with L1/L2 team to resolve production incidents not limited to workflow configurations, functional changes, develop RCA and related to documentation.
  • Provide functional expertise during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Develop functional specifications for customisations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Perform system health checks and recommend optimisations for performance and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance or AX solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance modules (Finance F&O, Basic D365 Procurement, F&O (PMA) and their interdependencies.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops and deliver training sessions.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
