What you'll need to succeed

• Experience teaching Drama or Performing Arts in a secondary school, sixth form, or further education setting
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the performing arts
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners of varying abilities
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Relevant teaching qualification and/or industry experience welcomed
