Your new role

Starting in September, you’ll take on a supply teaching role within the Drama department, delivering engaging and expressive lessons that encourage students to explore performance, storytelling, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, using a variety of techniques to engage and inspire students.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and adapting content to suit the needs of different learners.
  • Encouraging creativity, confidence, and collaboration through practical performance work.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive space for expression.
  • Supporting extracurricular activities such as school productions, drama clubs, or theatre trips (where applicable).

What you'll need to succeed
