This dynamic, member-led organisation has an ambitious strategy and is experiencing significant growth in both profile and impact. With strong community connections and increasing support from donors and corporate partners, this is an exciting time to be part of a team that truly values collaboration, innovation, and meaningful change.

Your new role

As Donor Engagement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the organisation's next phase of growth. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional donor stewardship that is timely, impactful, and appropriate, whilst maintaining accurate records through the fundraising CRM system. This role offers genuine autonomy to bring your own style and ideas whilst working collaboratively across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have demonstrated success in working to financial targets and management experience gained in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage competing priorities effectively and work both independently and collaboratively will be essential. As an innovative thinker with excellent motivational, influencing, and relationship-building skills, you'll inspire your team to achieve their objectives.

Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office applications is required, along with a full driving licence and access to a car for travel throughout Northern Ireland. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is also necessary.

Desirable experience includes corporate or community fundraising, using social media platforms to drive engagement and fundraising, and working with CRM systems. A basic Access NI check will be required for this position.

  • The comprehensive benefits package includes a Health Shield plan covering dental, optical, and physiotherapy expenses, plus access to My Wellness services including direct GP access, a 24-hour counselling helpline, and retail discounts.
  • You'll receive 5% employer pension contributions through People's Pension with salary exchange options available.
  • Enjoy 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days over time) plus 12 bank and additional holidays.
  • The organisation is committed to staff wellbeing as a member of the Work Well, Live Well programme, with access to a Health Champion, Mental Health First Aider, and wellbeing breaks including 1:1 coffee catch-ups with colleagues.
