As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining their success and reputation.


Your new role

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the development and daily operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting a caring environment aligned with high professional standards.

  • Recruiting, managing, and supporting the care team.

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

  • Managing client assessments and care plans.

  • Providing on-call support during evenings and weekends.


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in domiciliary care, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Care Manager.

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • A commitment to continuous training and personal development.

  • A UK Driving Licence and be able to drive.
