Domestic Assistant - Hospital

Job Title: Domestic Assistant
Location: Kensington, West London Shift Patterns: Morning and Evening
Schedule: Work 5 out of 7 days, with one weekend day off and one weekday off
Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (3 months) – with potential to extend or become permanent Pay Rate: £13.81 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Domestic Assistant (Mobile) to join our team.
You will be based at NHS Hospitals but will cover outer buildings in locations such as Wembley, Ealing, Feltham, and Hillside. A company vehicle is provided, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning and floor maintenance duties across designated sites.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Travel between locations using the provided vehicle.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Practical knowledge of floor maintenance.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital, school, or clinical environment (essential).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across different sites.
