Document Controller | Temporary - 9 months | Immediate Start Available | Paisley

Your new role

In this office-based, dayshift-only role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling documentation to support production and stock accuracy. Key duties include:

  • Distributing documents across departments
  • Releasing scheduled batches to production, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Completing batch records and allocating materials correctly
  • Running regular reports to maintain stock integrity

Weekend overtime may be required occasionally, depending on business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and Power BI
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of paperwork
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A proactive and organised approach to work

Experience in regulated environments or document control systems is a plus.
