Your new role

We are seeking a Documentation Controller / SharePoint Specialist to take ownership of our large-scale Healthcare system, and manage SharePoint solutions across the business. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of technical documentation.

  • Design, implement, and customise SharePoint features to meet evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify information.

  • Provide support and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 documentation standards.

    This position offers a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving, and the chance to make a real impact on mission-critical systems.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Documentation Controller, SharePoint Specialist, or similar role.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly language.

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019, plus a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture.

  • Technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret code.

  • Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and best practices.

  • Relevant certifications or training in documentation and SharePoint will be highly advantageous.
