Your new role

I am currently looking for a dispatcher with logistics experience to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the Hull area.

Supporting the business in its day-to-day running of the operation. With the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with 3rd party suppliers and drivers. Respond to queries incoming and outgoing, to prioritise service levels and vehicle performance. Take appropriate actions to effectively respond to ad hoc, internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed

• Logistics background or similar role previously required
• Using transport management systems
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to build professional relationships internally and externally
• Previous Experience of working with third party logistics and service partners
• Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
• Attention to detail and very high-quality standards
