Your new role

You will be working as the Director of Supply Planning, in which you will be responsible for the monitoring of suppliers by ensuring their ability to upkeep of demand, quality and delivery requirements. As the Director of Supply Planning, you will be expected to lead cross-functional meetings to bring innovation and creativity to new market ideas. You will lead a team and conduct annual performance reviews with a proactive approach to developing your team’s ability and knowledge within the industry. Within the position of Director of Supply Planning, you will be responsible for aspects of procurement by using ERP systems when looking at specific supplies and materials.

What you need to Succeed

You will need to be articulate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be successful in this role. You will need to have confidence in your display of good judgement and have a ‘keen to learn’ outlook. You will need knowledge of ERP systems and have an analytical and problem-solving mind. You will need to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team and provide advice and insight to them. They are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and will hit the ground running from day one.

What you get in return

You will be entitled to a salary of up to £90,000 p/a as well as monthly target-led bonuses. You shall receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays annually, as well as private health insurance and a bonus of up to 10%
