Director, Finance Risk & Controls (Permanent Role)

The role

Lead a team of 5–7 professionals to deliver robust risk and control assurance across finance.
Drive innovation through technology and data to enhance control effectiveness.
Engage with senior stakeholders, regulators, and auditors to ensure compliance and governance excellence.
Play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new ERP system and sustainability reporting frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have

A professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) and deep knowledge of COSO and SOX.
Expertise in Record to Report and Plan to Perform processes.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with enterprise risk frameworks.
A passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
